 Consultation with our doctor: Am I a Suitable Canditate?
The next step towards corrective laser eye surgery is to contact the Victoria Corneal Laser Centre to find out if you are a suitable candidate. Our doctors will conduct an initial consultation to ensure that your eyes are healthy and that laser vision correction is a reasonable alternative to your glasses and contact lenses. They will also ask about your lifestyle: sports, jobs and activities that will affect your decision on the type of surgery to undergo, PRK or LASIK.

 Schedule Your Surgery
You can schedule your laser eye surgery at anytime. There are no fees charged if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, please let us know as soon as possible if you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
 Independent Eye Exam
You will need a complete pre operative eye exam with your eye care specialist. This exam will repeat some of the diagnostic tests performed during your surgical consult, but it is neccesary to ensure consistency and stability. They will also perform additional tests on our behalf that are required in order to proceed with laser eye surgery.
